Nikki is the owner of The Mix Hair Salon and a licensed cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her background includes salon ownership, education, and artistic direction, with specialties in color, precision cutting, textured hair, and transformations.
She created The Mix around a simple belief: everyone deserves to walk into a salon and feel confident that their hair can be cared for. Nikki loves helping clients find a look that feels like them while creating a space rooted in creativity, inclusivity, and community.

As the receptionist at The Mix, Lexa is the warm smile and steady presence greeting you at the door. She seamlessly blends the salon’s commitment to color, craft, and community with her own grounding touch. As a Certified Usui Reiki Master, meditation teacher, and intuitive practitioner, she brings a calm, balanced energy to every visit. Lexa thrives on keeping the front desk running smoothly while cultivating an inclusive, intentional space; ensuring every client feels centered, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they walk in.
