The Mix was built from more than just a passion for hair - it was built from real life. Life is busy, layered, and always evolving, and I wanted to create a space that understands that. Where people can come in, exhale, and leave feeling like themselves again.

Coming from a diverse background, I’ve always understood how important it is to truly know hair. Not just one texture or one experience, but all of it. That perspective shaped my approach very early on and continues to influence every service I offer today.

My career has taken me beyond just working behind the chair. As an educator and artistic director, I’ve trained and guided other stylists, focusing on technique, creativity, and building confidence in their craft. That experience carries into my work everyday. Everything I do is intentional, detailed, and designed to last beyond the appointment.
